3.2. Artist Obligations: Artists shall:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about their music, including metadata and accompanying artwork.
  • Not submit music that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.

To the extent permitted by the Services, any musical works (sound recordings and underlying musical compositions), audiovisual works and other video or audio works, images, graphics, text, works of authorship, files, documents, applications, artwork, trademarks, trade names, metadata, album titles, sound recording titles, artist names, intellectual property or materials relating thereto, or any other materials that you submit to the Service (“User Content”) are generated. We make no claims of intellectual property ownership over any User Content. After directly sending (“submitting”) your User Content to the Services, you maintain any intellectual property ownership rights to your User Content, subject to the license below.
